DRIVEWAY ALARM SYSTEMS

Driveway alarms are a new and popular security feature that alerts you when someone passes a sensor in your driveway. Our sensors can be magnetic, meaning they sense the metal of a vehicle, or PIR (passive infared) sensors, meaning that they sense motion. Listed below are some of the features and options of our systems:

  • Customized systems for your specific needs to minimize false alarms
  • Very Low profile (difficult to notice)
  • Wireless technology with range up to 3000 feet (no wires to run or cut)
  • Long battery life
  • Multiple chimes to choose from and volume control
  • Multiple recievers available
  • Wireless recievers available (size of a small cell phone)
  • System is expandable to multiple entrances

Listed below are some of the most common questions that our customers ask. If you have a question that isn't answered here, or you would like to schedule an installation, please click here or call our office at 678-610-0324 to ask us directly.

How much does your system cost?

Our least expensive system is $599 and consists of a above ground PIR motion sensor, 9 volt battery, and an indoor reciever with installation. Our magnetic sensor product senses the movement of a metal vehicle and costs $699. Additional vehicle sensors and recievers can be purchased as well.

Whats the difference between the motion (PIR) sensor and the magnetic sensor?

The motion sensor alerts when anything crossing its path over a certain size. People, deer and large animals will trigger the sensor from time to time. Magnetic sensors will only sense cars and other large metal vehicles and have a very low false alarm rate.

How long does it take to install the system?

Most standard systems can be installed in half a day or less.

What do the alerts sound like?

You have four tones to choose from, and there is a volume control on the reciever unit. For multiple entrances, you can have different tones. The tones themselves will soon be available on our website for you to hear. They range from the sound of a doorbell, to a short melody.
