CASHIERS CHECKS are welcome but they may be subject to verification by your bank first. This is due to the large increase of fraudelent cashiers checks.

We offer the standard one (1) year warranty on all of our work. Why only one year? Many of our projects are dependent upon the stability of your soil and dependent on the wear and tear your project recieves thereafter. We will warranty that our workmanship and labor will be at or above the current industry standard in your area.
Cracks are inevitable. Exterior concrete will crack over time due to expansion and contraction from heat and cold, movement in the ground underneath, erosion, tree roots, sinkholes, etc. The key is controlling where the cracks occur. This is done through the use of control joints cut into the concrete either when its poured or soon thereafter with a concrete saw.
If there aren't enough control joints or if they are incorrectly placed, random cracking will occur. Once concrete breaks, it cannot be put back together. Resurfacing the concrete will only cause the cracks below to reappear in the new surface above in a short time. Caulking or installing new cement in the cracks will last for a short time and only serve to draw more attention to the area.
